We will stroll through the villa's vegetable garden, immersing ourselves in the olive and fruit trees. In the kitchen, we will prepare spaghetti with fresh pasta, helping ourselves with an antique beechwood guitar. We will then proceed with the cooking of clams taken directly in the morning from the local catch and add the right touch with our lemons, to garnish and give the authentic and perfect scent. We will also discover an ancient traditional Roman recipe for doughnuts, prepared with a secret ingredient that makes them unique. Each guest will have everything they need for the class with Francesca, our expert cesarine.

: We had such a lovely evening with Francesca and her incredibly kind, helpful assistants. We made excellent gnocchi, which we’re definitely going to try to recreate at home, and the apple pastries were just delicious, especially with her homemade jam. Francesca makes so many things from scratch; the whole experience really reminded me of my mom. Thank you for everything, Francesca. We’ll be telling our grandkids all about you!
