Shared Experience

In a shared experience, other guests may be added, up to the maximum number of people that the host can accommodate. Therefore you may have the opportunity to share your passion for good food and cooking with other people from all over the world!

Your experience
  • Typical Roman appetizers
  • Typical Roman pasta
  • Tiramisù

Given the proximity to Rome, this menu featuring the most popular dishes of Roman cuisine could not be missed, simple dishes capable of enhancing the basic ingredients.

With this experience I will teach you how to prepare antipasti, primo and dessert. For the appetizers we will follow the seasonality of the raw materials, while for the first courses we will move among the typical pastas of Roman cuisine: amatriciana, carbonara, and cacio e pepe. I propose them with spaghetti, in the amatriciana you will make them by hand with my "chitarra." To finish, we will prepare a dessert that has become a symbol of Roman cuisine all over the world: Tiramisu.

Our dinner was lovely. The host family was generous and gracious. Our meal was great and included a birthday cake for my birthday. I would give them a 10! Delicious and so fun. I would book this activity again.

WOW! We can not give a review that truly explains how amazing this class was. Graziella and her family were welcoming, helped prepare and teach how to cook some amazing dishes and the environment was homey. We stayed later than our allotted time because the conversation was flowing and just couldn’t stop! This is 100% a 5 star class and my fiancé and I could not recommend it more! Special bonus, she posts photos on Instagram so we didn’t have to worry about capturing the moment, but rather be present with her and her family. Do yourself a favor and book your class with Graziella! 😊

"In my family, food was strictly prepared at home, especially traditional local dishes. I live in a charming terraced house, with a large and welcoming kitchen and dining room, as well as extremely bright. During the warm evenings I like to welcome guests. my guests in the garden, paying particular attention to the table setting."
