Your experience
What I offer is a cooking class experience aimed at teaching you how to roll out the pastry using only a rolling pin and create classic tagliatelle and ravioli filled with ricotta and spinach, an authentic dish from grandmothers' culinary traditions. You will also have the opportunity to learn how to make spaghetti alla chitarra, strictly handmade. At the end of the class, we will sit down at the table to enjoy together the creations we have just made, dressed with simple sauces prepared beforehand, and we will end the meal with a homemade dessert.

- Our dinner was lovely. The host family was generous and gracious. Our meal was great and included a birthday cake for my birthday. I would give them a 10! Delicious and so fun. I would book this activity again.

Graziella and her family were welcoming, helped prepare and teach how to cook some amazing dishes and the environment was homey. We stayed later than our allotted time because the conversation was flowing and just couldn’t stop! This is 100% a 5 star class and my fiancé and I could not recommend it more! Special bonus, she posts photos on Instagram so we didn’t have to worry about capturing the moment, but rather be present with her and her family.
