Three egg pasta dishes to offer with seasonal toppings: classic tagliatelle, fun spaghetti alla chitarra and the timeless ricotta and spinach ravioli.
You will learn how to prepare the dough and how to make the different shapes. The seasonings will be different depending on the season and the availability of local market produce.

- Our dinner was lovely. The host family was generous and gracious. Our meal was great and included a birthday cake for my birthday. I would give them a 10! Delicious and so fun. I would book this activity again.
- What a wonderful welcome to Citavecchia —dinner with Graziella and her family. I loved the step by step instruction and the hands on experiences. The food and the wine were very delicious . This was just a lovely evening filled with good food, making new friends and lively discussions. Thank you so much.
- 5 stars. This experience was truly authentic, hosted by a lovely family who made us both feel very welcome. We wanted a real food experience, cooked by an authentic Italian home cook. Graziella was very knowledgeable about how she cooked each course of the meal and why she did things in a certain way. We made and then ate, prosciutto , melon and Mozzarella with rocket, followed by spaghetti chitarra guanciale, veal with sage and a finally a tiramasu. Each dish seemed simple because of the instructions and guidance from Graziella, but that's the secret I guess. We had a great morning and afternoon with the host and her family, Giovanni and Alex. Thankyou for a wonderful experience, we're so glad we skipped the Rome bus trip in favour of this. We'd highly recommend it to anyone who loves cooking, loves homemade food, and wants to experience something unique on your holiday. We got some good tips, especially the spaghetti carbonara recipe, which we thought we knew already, but it turns out we didn't! Give it a go.
- WOW! We can not give a review that truly explains how amazing this class was. Graziella and her family were welcoming, helped prepare and teach how to cook some amazing dishes and the environment was homey. We stayed later than our allotted time because the conversation was flowing and just couldn’t stop! This is 100% a 5 star class and my fiancé and I could not recommend it more! Special bonus, she posts photos on Instagram so we didn’t have to worry about capturing the moment, but rather be present with her and her family. Do yourself a favor and book your class with Graziella! 😊
