    Learn in the field how to cook simple and wholesome 0-mile dishes.

    In my cooking class I will teach you how to cook Vermicelli, a handmade pasta seasoned with tomatoes from our garden, creating a wonderful sauce that will take you straight back to your childhood.

    We will also make a tart together and you can add a real jam with local and organic fruits.

    And at the end we will also enjoy lunch in the garden (weather permitting) being lulled by the chirping of the birds, the warm sunshine and all the scents of the countryside.

    You will experience a day of good food, nature and authentic local products.
