Amatriciana with three courses is an experience that includes an appetizer of rice supplì or stuffed courgette flowers, depending on the season. It continues with guitar spaghetti with amatriciana sauce and ends with the classic Tiramisu, all accompanied by a good local red wine. A little taste of Roman cuisine is served!

- Our dinner was lovely. The host family was generous and gracious. Our meal was great and included a birthday cake for my birthday. I would give them a 10! Delicious and so fun. I would book this activity again.
- What a wonderful welcome to Citavecchia —dinner with Graziella and her family. I loved the step by step instruction and the hands on experiences. The food and the wine were very delicious . This was just a lovely evening filled with good food, making new friends and lively discussions. Thank you so much.
- WOW! We can not give a review that truly explains how amazing this class was. Graziella and her family were welcoming, helped prepare and teach how to cook some amazing dishes and the environment was homey. We stayed later than our allotted time because the conversation was flowing and just couldn’t stop! This is 100% a 5 star class and my fiancé and I could not recommend it more! Special bonus, she posts photos on Instagram so we didn’t have to worry about capturing the moment, but rather be present with her and her family. Do yourself a favor and book your class with Graziella! 😊
