The experience includes a tour of the Ancient Market of Civitavecchia, formed beginning in 1884, in search of seasonal produce to be used in the subsequent preparation of the menu. The stalls offer local fruits and vegetables, a variety of food products and, in the quaint covered market inside the structure that dates back to 1904, quality meat and fish from our sea.

- Our dinner was lovely. The host family was generous and gracious. Our meal was great and included a birthday cake for my birthday. I would give them a 10! Delicious and so fun. I would book this activity again.
- What a wonderful welcome to Citavecchia —dinner with Graziella and her family. I loved the step by step instruction and the hands on experiences. The food and the wine were very delicious . - WOW! We can not give a review that truly explains how amazing this class was. Graziella and her family were welcoming, helped prepare and teach how to cook some amazing dishes and the environment was homey. We stayed later than our allotted time because the conversation was flowing and just couldn’t stop! This is 100% a 5 star class and my fiancé and I could not recommend it more! Special bonus, she posts photos on Instagram so we didn’t have to worry about capturing the moment, but rather be present with her and her family.
