This 4-course menu evokes memories of family Sundays, when the smell of chicken sauce pervaded the house when you woke up and the sheet of pasta for the noodles was spread out on the tablecloth in the bedroom to dry, since it was too damp in the kitchen. The dessert, while delicious, required a lot of effort to prepare by hand! We will start with crostini al salmì, continuing with tagliatelle with chicken sauce. Next, we will enjoy chicken cacciatore with a seasonal side dish and conclude with Moka, an irresistible chocolate and coffee dessert. A culinary journey that recalls the tradition and warmth of Sundays spent with family.
