Small Group hands-on cooking class with 2 pasta recipes and tiramisù
- Tagliatelle
- Ricotta and spinach ravioli

With this experience you will learn how to make fresh homemade pasta totally by hand, using only a rolling pin and knife.
The course will involve making the dough starting with the classic fountain on the wooden pastry board with which to make the pasta sheet rolled out with a rolling pin. From this will be made the classic knife-cut tagliatelle and ravioli ricotta and spinach, another classic of grandmothers' cuisine.
After the aperitif with which you will be greeted, once the pasta is ready all that remains is to taste it with ready-made condiments according to the season and my imagination.
The meal will be concluded with the dessert that has become a classic of Italian cuisine: the Tiramisu.

- A wonderful experience. Graciela and Giovanni were wonderful hosts. Visited the market which was filled with all kinds of produce, meats, fish. We also were treated to a lovely walk in town. We then went to their home where Graciela cooked a wonderful meal for us. Everything was so delicious and it was such fun to watch her prepare our meal. They were so gracious and we felt as if we were with dear friends. It was the most memorable experience and one of the best meals we have had on our travels. We highly recommend to everyone that might be considering doing this. We felt like we made new friends and the hospitality was second to none. Thanks to Graciela and Giovanni for making our visit such a wonderful one and one to remembered for years to come.
