With this experience you will learn how to make fresh homemade pasta totally by hand, using only a rolling pin and knife.

The course will involve making the dough starting with the classic fountain on the wooden pastry board with which to make the pasta sheet rolled out with a rolling pin. From this will be made the classic knife-cut tagliatelle and ravioli ricotta and spinach, another classic of grandmothers' cuisine. After the aperitif with which you will be greeted, once the pasta is ready all that remains is to taste it with ready-made condiments according to the season and my imagination.
The meal will be concluded with the dessert that has become a classic of Italian cuisine: the Tiramisu.
