- We had so much fun cooking with Paolo, and Marika was such a wonderful addition to the experience! We were really looking forward to making fresh pasta, and we learned so much. Making dessert was also a highlight, and we left very full of delicious food! The cherry on top was getting to spend time with locals in their beautiful home, with a stunning view. It felt especially magical to be somewhere that can only be reached on foot from the nearby town square. Marika and Paolo went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and generously shared their family’s food traditions with us. It was such a special and memorable experience. Thank you both so much!
