I’m Paolo, Cesarino from Ischia, and I invite you to experience the true tradition of home cooking with me.
Discover authentic Italian cuisine in my private home with sea views in Ischia, in an intimate, relaxed and family-like atmosphere. Together we’ll prepare fresh handmade pasta, starting with simple, wholesome ingredients, just as it used to be done. I will guide you step by step through the dough-making and preparation, sharing with you the techniques and secrets of the tradition. We will complete our menu with a traditional, flavourful sauce, a fragrant homemade focaccia and, to finish on a sweet note, a traditional dessert prepared by us. After cooking, we will enjoy what we have prepared, accompanied by a glass of fine wine and the splendid view of the Ischian sea.
