Welcome to my kitchen with a panoramic view in Posillipo! I’ll welcome you with an aperitif overlooking the sea: chilled wine and my sourdough walnut bread.
Together we’ll create a menu that celebrates our most cherished traditions. We’ll cook together in front of the large panoramic window, and I’ll reveal the art of kneading and rolling out the dough by hand to create perfect tagliatelle. We will then prepare a delicious aubergine parmigiana, served in a lighter version with grilled aubergines, enriched with fragrant basil picked from my garden. We will finish on a sweet note by making a creamy tiramisu. Finally, we’ll enjoy your creations on the terrace with excellent wines from Campania, amidst the sea breeze and a breathtaking view of Capri and Vesuvius. An authentic experience of flavours and beauty. I look forward to seeing you!

- Wishing I could eat with this sweet family once a week! If you want an authentic Italian cooking class/experience, this is it. Maria was so welcoming & made us feel right at home! In the middle Of a very busy trip to Europe, it was nice to slow down & have a home cooked meal with a family. She also communicated very well prior to the class. Her and her family explained everything we were cooking & me and my husband had a blast! The tiramisu was some of the best I’ve ever had! The view from where you eat on the balcony is beautiful as well. If you’re traveling to the area, I 100% recommend doing this cooking class experience

- From the moment we stepped in the door to leaving, it was an incredibly warming experience and environment. Showed up with 2 cooks and 4 other family members for an evening of cooking and supper on the terrace. While the cooks cooked, our family and children were amazingly accommodated by the hosts family throughout the night. Our cooks were led through each activity, filling it out with stories of our host. The night topped with supper amongst our family and theirs on the terrace, incredible food and more sharing between us all. We couldn’t have been happier with the experience, and the lengths they had gone to make us feel welcomed and at home. If there were more stars to give we would give them all. It was an absolutely incredible experience.

I love traveling and discovering the world, but it is in my Neapolitan kitchen that I truly feel at harmony. I enjoy cooking traditional dishes such as lasagna, pasta with potatoes and provola, or pastiera, but I also bring to the table flavors discovered during my travels. I love vegetables and natural products: I grow a small vegetable garden and make bread using my sourdough starter. I have fun preparing appetizers, first courses, and anything that involves leavening—my signature dish is a braided brioche filled with local cured meats and dairy products. For me, cooking means sharing: every dish tells a story, a place, and above all, the love for the people around me.
