A product of Irpinia’s culinary tradition, this Cesarina has, for some years now, been blending her own expertise with Neapolitan cuisine.
My guests will be able to sample the typical dishes of this region, prepared by the Cesarina herself: escarole pizza and ragù! They’ll feel as welcome as if they were spending a Sunday with the family and will want to come back again! All this will be accompanied by a starter of cold cuts and cheeses, and fine Campania wine.

- This was so much fun ! The prepping and making pizza and other dishes . The couple was so helpful I learned more in this intimate adventure than doing anything else . Their knowledge and expertise was so uncommercial and far from touristy . Charming fun knowledgeable couple
- We booked a private Neapolitan cooking class with Rosa and Sean on our honeymoon, and it was the highlight of our time in Naples. Both were wonderful teachers, patient, warm, and clearly passionate about their craft. They went well beyond technique. Along with showing us how to cook, they explained the history behind each recipe and the significance of the ingredients, which made the meal mean far more than just following steps. They also gave us excellent recommendations around Naples, which shaped the rest of our trip. We left full, happy, and with skills we'll actually use at home. Highly recommend to anyone who wants an authentic experience, not a tourist class.

Ragù, genovese, pastiera, pasta and potatoes, caprese, escarole pizza, tiramisù, clams (and much more — the list would be endless!) are never missing from my table!
