In Gragnano, where time flows more slowly, Pasta Cuomo has preserved since 1820 a tradition that is lived more than it is told. In the historic workshop, semolina and water are transformed into pasta using artisanal methods — bronze die extrusion and slow drying — in full respect of the land and raw ingredients. The restaurant continues this story with an essential and elegant cuisine, where pasta takes center stage. The museum preserves the memory of gestures and know-how, while the B&B invites guests to immerse themselves in the authentic quiet of the place. Pasta Cuomo is not a brand.
