  • Rigatoni alla carbonara

The experience begins in the farmyard of the Pasta Cuomo estate, where chickens roam freely and where everything originates. Here we will take a short walk to collect fresh eggs together, just as in the farming tradition, discovering the importance of genuine, locally sourced ingredients.

After this 'farm to table' introduction, we will enter the kitchen to learn how to prepare one of the most iconic dishes of Roman tradition: pasta alla carbonara. During the express course, you will discover the secrets of the original recipe and how to make it to perfection using simple but high-quality ingredients. At the end of the lesson, we will sit down at the table to taste the rigatoni alla carbonara, accompanied by unlimited wine, in a convivial and authentic atmosphere.
