We are Le Tre Colombine, a family that tells its story through food. It all starts with her — with our grandmother Colombina, her Sunday afternoons filled with the scent of ragù, the gestures she taught us without ever following a written recipe. Cooking, for us, is the most natural way to be together and keep her memory alive.In the kitchen we bring the flavours of the Amalfi Coast: handmade pasta, gnocchi with ragù, linguine with clams, octopus, fresh mozzarella, seasonal vegetables. Land and sea, just as it has always been done around here. Simple, local ingredients, treated with care.Our table is convivial and generous — the kind of table where you sit down and immediately feel at home. When we cook, we are not just preparing dishes: we are sharing who we are, where we come from, and how much we love bringing all of this to the people who visit us.
