Just a few steps from the central Piazza Tasso lies the home of Laura and Ettore. Our kitchen is green. We are committed to adopting environmentally sustainable practices, even in the kitchen: we prioritize low-impact, locally sourced, and seasonal ingredients. We are always mindful of avoiding food waste: we always offer our guests the much-appreciated option to take home any food prepared together but not consumed!

: We had the best afternoon being spoiled by Laura and her boy. Ensure you come with an empty stomach as there is so much food including a delicious appetizer board that was beautifully presented and very tasty. We loved the intimate experience they created and found it was much better than a large group setting. We learned so much and cannot wait to take our learnings back home to our families. The dishes were all amazing and we left as tiramisu lovers. We can’t thank they enough for this experience and will be sure to pass along to any friends/family who visit the area in the future. :)
: A fantastic Italian cooking experience with Laura and Ettore B! We learned traditional techniques and prepared some truly delicious dishes. The setting made it even more special—Laura’s kitchen belonged to her grandfather in the 1970s, adding an authentic touch.
: This was during our honeymoon and we could not have had a better experience. We both loved our time with Laura! She made what seemed like a labor intensive process very fun and enjoyable. Laura is a breath of fresh air, knowledgable and most importantly, patient! We both believe that others who do not schedule a class from her are doing themselves a huge disservice. She made us feel very welcomed in her home like we were her own family.

: We had a great evening hosted by the lovely Laura and her 2 helpers. They made us feel so welcome in the home. The food was lovely and I will be making some things again at home. If you enjoy food and experiencing real Italian home cooking then I recommend this
