Cooking class: learn how to cook traditional & innovative Italian recipes from a local Cesarina

Shared Experience
Your experience

It only takes two ingredients and a little knowledge to create a dish that tells the tale of tradition: when flour meets eggs on the pastry board, the magic of fettuccine is born. This Italian pasta dish symbolizes slow time, family Sundays, and the laughter of waiting children. I invite you to my kitchen where I will teach you how to make fettuccine using a rolling pin. While the pasta rests, we will sip wine and savor local delicacies. Finally, we will prepare a rich sauce, chosen with fresh, seasonal and km 0 ingredients. We will end with a fresh and delicious dessert.

We had an amazing time. They did a great job explaining the process and ingredients. It was nice to be in someone's home and cook food from scratch. The food tasted great.

Laura and Brunella gave us a very delicious and special experience. She accommodated my vegetarian diet on short notice and gave us a delightful experience learning her secret tips! I felt as if I have known Brunella and Laura for years! What a fun and intimate way to learn about the culture of the south! Grazie!

Laura hosted the most wonderful cooking class!!! As two young women, we were a bit nervous heading in, but she and her assistant made us feel so welcomed and at home! We made the most delicious meal and felt immersed in a cozy Italian kitchen. Thank you, Laura! We would highly recommend this class.
