Cooking class: learn how to cook traditional & innovative Italian recipes from a local Cesarina
During this experience, you will be able to immerse yourself in the history of my family's farmhouse.
I will have the pleasure of welcoming you with a cup of coffee before visiting our winery and vegetable garden where we will harvest some vegetables to use for the course. Then we will move on to the kitchen and to use an italian expression "Mettere le mani in pasta". I will show you the complete process with all the tricks to prepare Tagliatelle, and the highlight which will be our unique "Ravioli" filled with homemade ricotta cheese, following the family recipe. Then we will prepare the sauce and finally the fantastic tiramisu. We will enjoy it all with our organic wine and oil from our olives. Vegan option available.
