Amalfi: Cooking Class in Amalfi Coast

Shared Experience
Your experience

Our cooking class is not just a cooking course, but an authentic and unforgettable experience. Before the class, we’ll guide you on a walk through the vineyards, and you’ll visit our winery, discovering the secrets of wine production.

Then, put on your apron and embark on a journey through flavors and traditions. Together, we’ll prepare three typical recipes, from appetizer to dessert, while admiring the Amalfi sea and sipping a glass of our distinctive Fuoco di Amalfi, which is always present on our table.

Between cooking, aromas, and laughter, you’ll create special memories to take home, along with the unforgettable experience of a day filled with taste and conviviality.

We had a wonderful time! Liliana and her family were great host. Not only did they help and teach us to make good food but they shared their home and garden with us. It truly was terrific experience. We would highly recommend to any of our friends and family.

On the Amalfi terraces, between the sea and the mountains, we cultivate and transform local products using ancient techniques, combining them with the region's finest ingredients. We produce red and white wine, extra virgin olive oil, limoncello, and other infusions, which form the foundation of our gastronomic experiences. Pizza becomes the perfect way to enjoy the fresh produce from our garden—tomatoes, basil, onions, potatoes, chili peppers, zucchini, and more. With Agerola’s twice-baked bread, we prepare salads with authentic flavors, while local ricotta and cheeses are used to fill handmade pasta, gnocchi, and scialatielli. Our experiences begin on a panoramic terrace with a breathtaking view of Amalfi, Sofia Loren’s villa, the beaches of Duoglio and Conca dei Marini, the Monastery of Santa Rosa, and the Path of the Gods. After picking and tasting Sfusato Amalfitano lemons, we continue through vineyards, olive groves, and vegetable gardens, discovering six native tomato varieties. At the end of the tour, guests can choose between lunch, dinner, a traditional farmer’s snack, or a hands-on cooking class experience.
