In a beautiful veranda overlooking the Bay of Naples, we will enjoy cooking together three simple but delicious dishes in a homely and family atmosphere.
To begin, I will let you taste some of the area's excellent dairy products served in an original way to enhance their taste and aromas. Next, I will reveal the secrets of my baked pasta and the béchamel sauce we use to make baked pasta creamy. To finish, the home recipe for torta Caprese. At the end of the course we will taste the dishes we have prepared together, all accompanied by good local wine.

- The experience with Teresa was outstanding! She was very welcoming and my wife and I enjoyed every minute of it. She started with a little tour of her herb garden and provided an overview of the two pastas and tiramisu that we would be preparing. Teresa was pleasant and encouraging throughout the experience. After the preparation was complete, we got to share our feast (and some wine) with her beautiful family. The food was delicious and the conversation was easy. I would highly recommend Teresa and this experience!
- What a wonderful way for us to say goodbye after 9 weeks of touring Italy! Teresa and her family were wonderful and so very accommodating. We learnt many things from our cooking experience, some that we can take home and use again and again. I am a simple and hospitable person, I love share the pleasures of the table with relatives and friends. I often re-propose old family recipes but I don't disdain the charm of innovation and experimentation.
