Become a cheesemaker for a day at one of the oldest dairies in Vico Equense! Join our dairy cooking class, where you will learn how to prepare the delicious fior di latte "La Mozzarella." After the class, you'll taste the dairy products in the cheesemaker's appetizer and get to work preparing scialatielli alla Sorrentina, using freshly picked eggs and mozzarella made with your own hands.
To conclude, you will delight your palate with Grandma Maria's delicious ricotta cake, accompanied by butter and organic jam from our garden. An unforgettable experience you cannot miss!
