Private market tour and hands-on cooking class with 3 recipes followed by a tasting of the recipes prepared during the lesson
- Caprese salad with Sorrento tomatoes (or other seasonal vegetables) and fior di latte from the hills
- Pasta with vegetables bought at the market
- Tiramisu with limoncello
A colorful visit to the local market (every Monday morning) and the Earth Market-Slow Food of the Sorrento Coast (only on the second Sunday of each month).
A true outdoor laboratory of taste, flavors and excellence of the Sorrento Peninsula. Depending on the season, we will have the opportunity to taste and buy for the following cooking class, the many products offered by our splendid territory: the peninsula's beef heart tomato, the fabulous IGP lemons protagonists of many recipes, Sorrento walnuts, DOP evo oil from the hills, the excellent provolone del Monaco and other local dairy products, as well as the many seasonal vegetables and other products offered by the farms present. Shopping done, we will begin a cooking class at Km 0!

This was a lot more personal than a cooking class through a restaurant and it is an authentic Italian experience getting to learn recipes from a real Italian Nonna! Definitely the highlight of our first trop to Italy!
- Laura and her daughter, Francesca, were excellent hosts. Very lovely and welcoming. We were welcomed with wine and a large platter of appetisers which were delicious. We started the course by making tiramisu before making the dough for the pasta. The dough was very simple which is great as we can replicate it at home. We made gnocchi and ravioli with 2 types of tomato sauce. Laura put her own spin on the dishes
