I will take you on a journey to discover the quality of fresh ingredients and then introduce you to my culinary realm, revealing the best secrets of cooking. We will begin with the preparation of fresh pasta, using freshly harvested and organic ingredients. After the class, you will have the opportunity to savor everything accompanied by local wine, all while enjoying breathtaking views.

Chef Antonio was so kind and hospitable, we learned how to make tagliatelle pasta and gnocchi, basil pesto, and tiramisu. It was so delicious! He also makes his own olive oil and we purchased some to take home with us! Incredible experience.
