    We will visit my garden together, where I will tell you about the choice of vegetables and their seasonality. We will be able to harvest and cook them together, while I will teach you about the culture of Neapolitan cuisine using locally sourced ingredients.

    We will gather lemons from my orchard, and I will explain how to prepare a quality limoncello. You will taste the wine produced by my family and enjoy a wonderful view of Mount Vesuvius and the entire peninsula.

    I will teach you how to make lemon gelato using the fruits from my garden that we will harvest together, and I will explain how to use the peels to make excellent limoncello.

    The cooking class with Allesandra was an amazing experience with my two young nieces ages 21, 13, my Sister in Law, and I. She is a wonderful chef who opened her lovely home (kitchen) with an amazing view from her living room and terrace. We learned how to cook two different pastas and tiramisu for dessert. We drank prosecco, limoncello and ate what we cooked. It is a must do and with her!!! She also teaches a pizza making class in the morning. Her garden and home is up in the hills of Sorrento. I am so glad we took her class and we met her :) I will recommend her to all my family And friends. She shared all the recipes we made took lots of pictures, videos and made a tik tok of us too !! I can’t wait to go back and visit her and Sorrento again ❤️🇮🇹💋

    La mejor experiencia culinaria que hemos tenido. Es una casa maravillosa, con la mejor vista de Sorrento, y la clase hecha por Alessandra fue realmente espectacular, es muy clara y buena maestra. Cuando probamos la pasta, no podíamos creer que la habíamos preparado nosotros, ya que fue la mejor pasta que hemos comido (comparándola con centenas de restaurantes en Italia y el mundo)
