A fresh and delightful culinary experience, entirely dedicated to the lemon, a gem of the Sorrento Peninsula. This versatile citrus will be the absolute star of our lunch or dinner. As a final surprise, I will share the secrets to making the famous Sorrento limoncello with our guests. We will start with a welcome cocktail and delicious artisanal appetizers. This will be followed by Sorrentine ravioli in a creamy lemon sauce and melted scamorza cheese wrapped in lemon leaves for a surprising touch of freshness. For dessert, a lemon delight will complete the culinary experience. The grand finale will feature a live demonstration on making limoncello, followed by a tasting of the freshly prepared liqueur. We can't wait to welcome you!
