Torta Caprese' with chocolate (traditional Italian cake from the island of Capri)
One of the truest experiences you can have in Italy is to share as we do the "table"! Experiences, successes, difficult moments. And in this case also our recipes. The menu we propose starts with an appetizer of seasonal vegetables, continues with pasta and potatoes with bacon, followed by meatballs with sauce. We end with a tasty dessert, chocolate caprese.
We loved having lunch with Barbara and her family. It was such an awesome experience to see her cooking and a part of her life. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for great company and a taste of real Italian life.
