I am passionate about conveying my love for cooking to my guests. I look forward to welcoming you around my table for a lunch filled with authentic flavors where you will learn the secrets to making excellent tagliolini, with shrimp and zucchini, for a vibrant, light, and tasty garnish.

- Antonio was so kind and very sweet to open his home to us. It is in a beautiful setting with gorgeous views. His wife Ariana was so sweet as well. We enjoyed meeting them and talk to them but the pasta we made and the tiramisu were amazing! Highly recommend this! My adult kids loved it! Would definitely do again!

- Chef Antonio was so kind and hospitable, we learned how to make tagliatelle pasta and gnocchi, basil pesto, and tiramisu. It was so delicious! He also makes his own olive oil and we purchased some to take home with us! Incredible experience.

By traveling to the United States, the United Kingdom, Switzerland and many Italian cities, I have learned new cooking techniques and discovered delicious recipes. I enjoy teaching my guests how to cook bread, fish and meat dishes.... But most of all, I love making fresh pasta!
