Cooking class: learn how to cook traditional & innovative Italian recipes from a local Cesarina

Shared Experience

In a shared experience, other guests may be added, up to the maximum number of people that the host can accommodate. Therefore you may have the opportunity to share your passion for good food and cooking with other people from all over the world!

Your experience

This is an authentic local experience that will remain in your memories forever. You will be welcomed into the family farmhouse and after introducing ourselves over coffee or a good glass of organic wine, produced in our cellar, we will begin a fun cooking class. We will begin the class by preparing dessert: the traditional Amalfi Coast Tiramisu.

We will then prepare fresh pasta and have fun kneading it with our hands: tagliatelle and ravioli. After that we will cook the food prepared during the course and appreciate it at the table with a good glass of wine. All the ingredients we will use are produced on our farm organically. I look forward to seeing you!

I love making fresh pasta because it's a crafty and delightful experience. Crafting pasta from scratch allows for experimenting with a variety of shapes and cuts, such as spaghetti, tagliatelle, or ravioli, using just flour, eggs, and salt. The hands-on process of making pasta is engaging and enables customization of the texture and thickness according to personal preferences. I also enjoy preparing tiramisu, a classic Italian dessert consisting of layers of ladyfingers soaked in coffee, alternating with a mascarpone cream made from eggs and sugar, topped with cocoa powder. The preparation requires careful whipping of the cream and assembling the layers to achieve a perfect balance of sweetness, creaminess, and coffee aroma. Both dishes provide an opportunity to showcase culinary mastery and delight my guests with authentic and homemade flavors.
