Are you ready to take on a super yummy culinary challenge? Get your hands dirty in the kitchen with me. I'll show you how to make fresh pasta the way italians do it. You'll become an italian cook in the span of a few hours, making fresh pasta from scratch and learning all the tips and tricks which make italian cusine so delicious and simple. Less is more. This was such a fun and memorable experience! The class takes place in Sylvia’s personal home, and we truly felt like friends invited over for dinner. She was an amazing host and teacher. It’s a hands-on experience — we learned how to make tiramisu and a couple of types of pasta, which we can’t wait to recreate when we get home. She will send you the recipes afterward if you want. The meal was one of the best we’ve had during our trip to Italy. She also served a variety of delicious aperitivos, so definitely come hungry! . We highly recommend!

We had an excellent cooking experience with our cesarina Silvia T. while we were in Salerno. Silvia warmly welcomed my husband and I into her home like we were her own family. We enjoyed friendly conversation over refreshments and savory bites and she shared her cooking expertise in a very approachable, thorough and informative manner with the help of her translator. The class was very hands on and it was fun to watch my husband get his hands into pasta making. After our pasta and dessert making was complete, we enjoyed our hearty meal together. It brought me back to childhood memories of spending time with family in my grandmothers kitchen. Thank you to Silvia! We are family now! I would gladly visit Silvia again and I highly recommend this cooking experience for anyone spending time in Salerno or vicinity.
