Your experience
- Married soup with croutons
- Ravioli (homemade pasta) with borage stuffing
- Semifreddo (semi-frozen dessert) with hazelnuts
Taking advantage of vegetables freshly picked from our garden, we will make the typical soup of our area (vegetables may vary depending on the season). During a pleasant tasting of appetizers, we will continue with the fun preparation of ravioli, which will later be dressed with a delicate and flavorful sauce. To conclude, we will enjoy a semifreddo together, letting it cool in our blast chiller while we share the meal.

- This was a great experience. Carmine and Marcello were such charming hosts. You can really feel how much they love to meet new people. They only take one booking a night so you will not have to share this experience with multiple groups. Don't be intimidated if your Italian is not very good. They are patient listeners and are good at communicating despite the language barriers. The food was great and the overall experience was super fun. If you use Google maps to get there be sure to let them know in advance. Google maps isn't quite accurate.
- Our experience with Carmen and family was absolutely wonderful! Besides eating and learning about delicious Italian cuisine and cooking, being immersed with an Italian family for an evening was interesting, exciting, and pleasant. We recommend it to anyone that wants to venture out and experience Italian family dining and living.
