Your experience

My tasting experience consists of a lunch featuring fresh fish, caught in the seas around our region, cooked according to recipes handed down through tradition and, at times, using innovative, fresh and original recipes. Guests will be welcomed into a rustic-style villa, surrounded by greenery and from which you can admire our symbol: Mount Vesuvius.

The menu includes: seafood salad – salted cod, black chickpeas, rocket and cherry tomatoes; tuna meatloaf served as finger food; Gragnano pasta with Amalfi-style pesto – parsley, pine nuts, lemon zest and anchovies; mini quiches with prawn and anchovy flavours; and lemon tartlets.

: Francesca opened her house, her family and her fantastic cooking to us. We had such an amazing time. She made us feel like part of the family. We laughed and joked over a table of amazing food.. When we make it back to this part of Italy we will definitely plan to take another cooking class with her. Francesca and her family helped make the night one that we will remember for a long time. I cannot recommend the experience enough.
: We had a wonderful evening with Francesca and her lovely family. The antipasti, pasta and tiramisu were incredibly delicious and almost all of the ingredients came from their own garden. Even the wine was homemade. But most importantly, we didn't feel like customers, but like friends. For us, the pasta course was the highlight of our trip to Italy. We definitely recommend it!
: Took Francesca’s class for our honeymoon and it was the highlight of our trip! The family is very welcoming to their beautiful hope and it was an authentic experience. The garden was beautiful and they grow all of their ingredients. Her and her family did a wonderful job instructing us resulting in a delicious meal! I’m ver appreciative of their hospitality and I cannot wait to practice what I have learned from home ☺️
: Dinner with Francesca and the family was absolutely lovely! They are all wonderful people who offer a warm welcome. We started with a tour of their garden and orchard, and harvested fresh vegetables to incorporate into a magnificent four course meal. The food was abundant and absolutely delicious, as were the homemade wine and digestifs. My brothers and I were spending time in the Compania region in an effort to reconnect with our ancestral roots, but we didn't have any direct family contacts. So dinner with Francesca was a beautiful way to have a real family dinner experience in spite of that, and learn more about the foodways of the region our great great grandparents came from. I definitely recommend!
: Francesca was a wonderful host and I had a fantastic time meeting her and her family! I even got some time to play with their dog, Tiago. I had a wonderful time and would not hesitate to book with her again in the future!
