I live in the heart of Pompeii's historic center, just a short distance from the archaeological excavations. My grandparents passed on a very important legacy to me: the love for cooking. By bringing genuine products from my garden to the table, I share the recipes of the Neapolitan tradition and family heritage, celebrating authentic and memorable flavors.

I booked this lovely lunch with Francesca and her family for my boyfriend’s birthday, and I truly couldn’t recommend it more. On the day of our booking, there was a protest in Pompei which made access a bit difficult, but her husband kindly picked us up from the train station, which was such a thoughtful gesture. The lunch itself was absolutely delicious. Their cousin was also there and spoke English fluently. We had wonderful conversations and loved every second of the experience. A big thank you to Francesca and her family for welcoming us so warmly into their beautiful home.

We had lunch with Francesca and her family in her home south of Napoli. After a fun tour of their garden, we were delighted with multiple courses of delicious seafood dishes, including fresh ingredients straight from the garden, and a wonderful dessert to top it off! Francesca is very talented in the kitchen! It was so fun to eat an authentic meal and the family made us feel at home. The homemade wine was top notch too! One of the best meals of our trip to Southern Italy! Highly recommend.

I booked a private pasta and tiramisu class for my wife and son with Francesca, which was the highlight of our trip to Italy. The meeting point was very convenient, right across from the major church of Pompeii. We were picked up by Francesca's husband and niece and driven a short distance to their beautiful home in Scafati where we met Francesca and her daughter. Francesca and her family were delightful and made us feel right at home. The cooking class was fantastic, and my wife and son really enjoyed it. Everything from the dinner was from their outstanding garden, which had lemon, orange, peach, mandarin and olive trees, tomatoes, spinach, onions, garlic, etc. The home-made red wine was the best we ever had, and the food was absolutely delicious. It was such a pleasure to cook, eat and talk with Francesca and her family. Afterward Francesca sent us all the recipes from the class which we appreciated. My family and I would highly recommend a cooking class with Francesca and hope to return to take another one in the future!

Francesca opened her house, her family and her fantastic cooking to us. We had such an amazing time. She made us feel like part of the family. We laughed and joked over a table of amazing food.. When we make it back to this part of Italy we will definitely plan to take another cooking class with her. Francesca and her family helped make the night one that we will remember for a long time. I cannot recommend the experience enough.

We had a wonderful evening with Francesca and her lovely family. The antipasti, pasta and tiramisu were incredibly delicious and almost all of the ingredients came from their own garden. Even the wine was homemade. But most importantly, we didn't feel like customers, but like friends. For us, the pasta course was the highlight of our trip to Italy. We definitely recommend it!
