Our cooking is a tribute to the tradition of the Amalfi and Sorrento coast. We always use fresh, local products, preferably at km 0. We focus on typical appetizers and first courses, bringing the authentic flavors of our land to the table, and we accompany them with local desserts and homemade liqueurs, for a culinary experience that tells the story and culture of the coast.

- Our evening with Rubina and Valeria Cesarine is definitely a highlight of our trip to the Amalfi Coast and Positano. We had so much fun making pasta, bruschetta and tiramisu for our dinner. It was an amazing “hands on” experience of learning and laughter, with a view that is magical, that we won’t soon forget.
- Valeria and Rubina were amazing hosts. The setting in their home is absolutely gorgeous with fantastic views of the water and Positano below. We had a lot of fun learning to make fresh pasta and tiramisu! They used fresh ingredients and the food we made was delicious. We learned a lot and would highly recommend this experience!!
- My husband booked this class as an experience while we honeymooned in Italy and it was our favorite experience in Amalfi Coast. Immadietely when we got there Rubina treated us like family and gave us some wine and light snacks before taking us to the kitchen where we made pasta. She was so patient and easy to work with the entire time and her energy was off the charts. We ended the class with dinner with a view as the house is situated on a peak of positano so we enjoyed our cooked meal with an amazing view! Thank you so much Rubina and Valeria, we can’t wait to come back and do this again some day !
