We are in Praiano, an enchanted village in the heart of the Amalfi Coast, the perfect place to create dishes that reflect tradition and authenticity.Here we are welcomed by Carla and Rocco who since childhood, have experienced the world of cooking first-hand, through studying traditions and spending evenings sitting around the dinner table. For them, cooking is not just passion, it’s a lifestyle. Their experiences in the restaurant world, have given life to their project: to combine gastronomic passion, traditions and genuine food cooked with the produce that they have grown or even fished themselves. "Following family recipes and passing them on to our guests is our goal!"

- What a wonderful experience!! It ended up just being the 4 of us (husband and 10 year-old twins) in the lovely back patio/garden of their home overlooking the cliffs and water. Rocco and Carla were so kind and welcoming and engaged with our kids. We were there in the middle of a July heat wave but were still very comfortable, with fans around and the breeze off the water. We came on bus then foot from a swim at Fiordo Di Furore, so the water, wine, and appetizer they prepared at our arrival were very welcome!! And the food was delicious!! We all enjoyed learning the different pasta shapes and tools and tricks to make it. And the dessert cups were fun to assemble and a sweet treat at the end. We highly recommend this experience and would to return one day.

- We booked this cooking class while celebrating our 30th wedding anniversary on the Amalfi Coast, and it turned out to be the single best, most memorable meal of the entire trip!! Rocco and Carla welcomed us like family and taught us their own generational recipes, passed down through the family, using ingredients they grow themselves!! There's something special about cooking with produce picked that same morning — you could taste the difference in every dish!! The whole experience felt less like a class and more like being invited into their home… We laughed, learned techniques we'll use for years, and then sat down to enjoy everything we'd made together, paired with their homemade grappa and wine!!! DELICIOUS!!! It was warm, generous, and completely unforgettable — the perfect way to celebrate 30 years together!! If you're visiting Praiano, do not miss this…. We left already planning our next visit!!!!
