Casale Guarracino, nestled in the lush hills of the Sorrentine Peninsula with breathtaking views of the Gulf of Naples, was born from our strong desire to embark on a journey of rediscovering Sorrentine culinary tradition and to offer our guests our deep-rooted sense of hospitality. We propose various menus crafted around local produce. Our favorite dishes include fresh pasta, ravioli or gnocchi, pizza, and desserts, particularly tiramisu.

- The experience with Ivan and Rosalia was amazing and the food was unbelievable. I would recommend this to anyone looking to learn how to cook a great Italian meal a from scratch. Ivan was knowledgeable and explained everything perfectly. He was also great to converse with about cooking and life in general!
- Ivan invited my son and I into his family home and welcomed us like we were part of his family. From the moment Ivan’s wife picked us up in Sorrento, offered us a drink on arrival and then showed us how to make two pasta dishes from scratch and a tiramisu recipe that he was taught many years ago, it was the most amazing experience and recipes that I can make for my family and friends back in Australia. If you are after a semi private home cooking class, you must book in with Ivan because we learnt so many techniques and it was the best ravioli we have tasted on our trip through Italy so far.

He made the cooking experience approachable and the food turned out amazing! The views from their property are breathtaking and the kitchen was very nice.
