- What an absolutely fantastic experience! Alessandra was so welcoming and knowledgeable. She was extremely helpful throughout the planning process as well as through all of the cooking! And her recipes were phenomenal! I highly recommend her courses. I can’t wait to make it back for another!
- We had such a fantastic day with Alessandra! The five of us hit it off from the start. Alessandra is so smart, funny, engaging, and welcoming. We went to a vegetable market, a fish market, cheese factory, and a bakery. She even made an extra stop for us so we could purchase some lemon olive oil. Then she brought us in to her home and we had our cooking class. We made fresh pasta, caprese salad, and tiramisu. Everything was delicious. I highly recommend this tour! It was a very rewarding and delicious day!
