"I love traditional cuisine and I am passionate about leavened, especially the Neapolitan pizza made with my sourdough, with which I make fragrant breads, of any kind of flour". At her table flavors of sea and land, recipes of the culinary tradition of Sorrento, fragrant and tasty.

We cannot recommend Alessandra enough!! She was wonderful from start to finish. Not only was she a great cook but she gave us recommendations for restaurants in our area before our class. She was a gracious host and made us feel so welcome in her home. Her home was so beautiful with some of the best views of Sorrento. She took great pictures of our experience so we didn’t even have to get our phones out at all to document the day. She made a video of cooking class as well and sent it to us! We had so much fun and enjoyed learning about cooking and Italian culture.

Alessandra and Rubina are the best! This cooking class was absolutely exceptional. Alessandra welcomed us into her beautiful home where we had so much learning to cook pasta, eggplant parm, and tiramisu! And we even got to make a fun change to the menu on the spot when they learned we had never tried Besciamella (it is amazing!) We had a blast and learned a lot of great tips that we can now bring back home with us. Food was amazing, the view out the window was like a beautiful painting, and Alessandra and Rubina are very welcoming, kind, fun and knowledgeable! We would recommend this cooking class to anyone we know!

Alessandra is the absolute best! Her & her beautiful family welcomed us into their amazing country side home. They taught us technically how to make ravioli, gnocchi, egg plant Parmesan & tiramisu as well as how to prepare with love! She is the best! Thank you for a wonderful day! ❤️

We have taken a few cooking classes before but we have never been so overwhelmed by such a gracious host. Alessandra invited us in and immediately made us feel like we were in our own house, except for one difference....we were cooking with an expert. From flour to fusilli, Alessandra taught us, explaining an old-world style of cooking and infusing a contemporary flair. We were treated to a beautiful view overlooking the town of Sorrento and working in her immaculately clean home. Our all-natural menu started with a cup of espresso, a few cookies and bruschetta using backyard grown garlic and tomatoes. And then we went to work. Alessandra explained what ingredients we were using to make homemade pasta. We used flour, semolina, cheeses, eggs, milk, water and herbs to roll, knead, and press our creation into the best looking (and best tasting) pasta in Italy! We made ravioli, scialatiello, gnocchi, fusilli, and saw how to turn a lump of dough into a beautiful creation. While the pasta waited for us, we dipped ladyfinger into coffee, mixed cream and sprinkled coacco onto what turned out to be a fabulous dish of tiramisu! Red wine accompanied our dinner and while we wanted Alessandra to sit and dine with us, she served us on her balcony and straightened to mess we made. I highly recommend taking a class with Alessandra and guarantee it will be the experience of a lifetime. Oh, and she drove us back to our hotel!
