    Discover the authentic flavors of Neapolitan cuisine with a cooking class surrounded by greenery. We will prepare together a traditional dish and Sorrento-scented Tiramisu, made with fresh lemons from my garden. We will harvest seasonal produce straight from the garden and cook outdoors, surrounded by nature. You will enjoy our creations with a panoramic view, accompanied by a glass of wine produced by my family. A genuine culinary experience between tradition, fresh ingredients and Campanian hospitality.

    We had an amazing with Alessandra. She went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable, she made us feel very welcome, and her home is beautiful. It has an amazing view of the ocean, Vesuvius, and a kitchen garden! Couldn’t have asked for a better time. Eat a light breakfast, because there will be tons of delicious food!

    My husband and I had a fantastic time in Alessandra’s Italian cooking class! We made tagliatelle, gnocchi, ravioli, and tiramisu from scratch. I am a vegetarian and she was very considerate when it came to that. Alessandra was so knowledgeable, patient, and thorough, offering great insights into the history of the dishes. She even took us to a local bakery to try fresh bread, adding a lovely touch to the experience. I highly recommend this class—it was fun, informative, and a truly authentic Italian cooking experience!

    The experience with Alessandra was fantastic. I would highly recommend it to anyone who is interested. The warmth and hospitality and generosity was far beyond our expectations. The setting was truly stunning and the food and refreshments were delicious. Many ingredients were grown in their personal gardens and orchards and all the other ingredients were local, fresh, and top quality. We felt completely satisfied with the experience overall and will remember it for years to come. And we look forward to attempting the Napoli style pizza recipes at home as well.
