: Under the assumption it would be with a local family in their home (authentic) It was not. Communication was great and Fab was delightful but not worth $800!

She made us feel comfortable from the second we arrived, gave us plenty of hands on experiences, shared delightful family stories of her past and wow… the food was 10/10! : It was our utmost delight and pleasure to take a cooking class led by Fabiana. We had the most fun laughing while really learning how to make some basic Italian dishes. Fabiana was both sweet and instructive. She even got my non-cooking husband to learn some skills and to enjoy cooking! The view from the home was beautiful and easy to access by taxi. The homemade wine was as delicious as the meal we prepared. Everything about our experience was A+!
: We did this experience with a group of six people. Fabiana was fabulous! She was so fun we could have stayed all night. This family Run B&B with kitchen for cooking classes is incredible. We were given a tour of their beautiful rooms and they made us feel like family. I would definitely recommend this experience.
