Hi from Silvio!

I am a lover of traditional Tuscan cuisine. Refined and bold flavors (due to my origins), especially meat dishes. In recent years, I have expanded my knowledge of regional cuisine, with my move to Campania. Here, a whole new world of flavors has opened up for me. In particular, seafood cuisine, and now, I am trying to combine both regional cuisines.

Silvio gave us an incredible cooking lesson and meal! He served several courses including appetizers, seafood pasta, and cod. It was amazing and beautifully presented. If you have dietary restrictions, go to Silvio. My mother cannot have gluten or nuts and I cannot have dairy. But he gave us both incredible meals.
