I can’t wait to welcome you to my sunny home with views of Vesuvius, the Pompeii excavations and the Sanctuary. I’ll be serving a sumptuous menu of traditional Campania dishes...Starter, followed by a first course featuring either seafood or meat, with a touch of Tuscan influence. For the main course, there will be a demonstration on how to prepare it to perfection. The meal will be rounded off with a delicious tart. The meal will be accompanied by a Vesuvius wine.

It will be an extraordinary culinary experience that you will cherish forever!

In recent years, I have expanded my knowledge of regional cuisine, with my move to Campania. Here, a whole new world of flavors has opened up for me.
