We will go together to pick produce directly from the organic garden and Cook together. Everything will be characterized by lightheartedness, cheerfulness, conviviality in a villa surrounded by greenery with the singing of birds as we enjoy tasty, colorful dishes that will intoxicate the senses. Time will pass without us noticing, caught up in the excitement that only food can convey

- More than a cooking class- A beautiful taste of Italian family life We had the most wonderful experience with Francesca and her beautiful family, learning how to make fresh pasta and tiramisu in their own home. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with such warmth and genuine hospitality that we felt like a part of the family. The experience was so much more than a cooking class. We learned how to prepare authentic Italian dishes using fresh ingredients picked fresh from their garden, which made everything feel extra special. After cooking together we all sat down to enjoy the meal we had created, sharing wonderful food, conversation and laughter. Francesca and her family are truly wonderful people who made the whole experience feel personal, relaxed and full of love. It was a beautiful glimpse into Italian family life, with incredible food and memories we will treasure. I cannot recommend this experience highly enough to anyone looking for something authentic, special and unforgettable. A real highlight of our trip. Grazie Mille Francesca & family
- Francesca and her family were so wonderful to me last year that I came to visit with them again and this time I brought my wife with me. We shared another wonderful meal and we chatted for a few hours. Francesca always makes a great meal and is always wonderful to spend time with. Her family is wonderful and her dog Thiago is so well behaved. If you want to meat some of the best people and eat a fantastic meal, book with Francesca!
- We had lunch with Francesca and her family in her home south of Napoli. After a fun tour of their garden, we were delighted with multiple courses of delicious seafood dishes, including fresh ingredients straight from the garden, and a wonderful dessert to top it off! Francesca is very talented in the kitchen! It was so fun to eat an authentic meal and the family made us feel at home. The homemade wine was top notch too! One of the best meals of our trip to Southern Italy! Highly recommend.
- I booked a private pasta and tiramisu class for my wife and son with Francesca, which was the highlight of our trip to Italy. The meeting point was very convenient, right across from the major church of Pompeii. We were picked up by Francesca's husband and niece and driven a short distance to their beautiful home in Scafati where we met Francesca and her daughter. Francesca and her family were delightful and made us feel right at home. The cooking class was fantastic, and my wife and son really enjoyed it. Everything from the dinner was from their outstanding garden, which had lemon, orange, peach, mandarin and olive trees, tomatoes, spinach, onions, garlic, etc. The home-made red wine was the best we ever had, and the food was absolutely delicious. It was such a pleasure to cook, eat and talk with Francesca and her family. Afterward Francesca sent us all the recipes from the class which we appreciated. My family and I would highly recommend a cooking class with Francesca and hope to return to take another one in the future!
- Francesca opened her house, her family and her fantastic cooking to us. We had such an amazing time. She made us feel like part of the family. We laughed and joked over a table of amazing food.. When we make it back to this part of Italy we will definitely plan to take another cooking class with her. Francesca and her family helped make the night one that we will remember for a long time.
