The pizza class takes place in our home in Naples, from which there is a lovely view of the Bay of Naples!
We will prepare pizza together, focusing on two typical specialties of our city: the fried Montanara and the Neapolitan Calzone. We will knead and taste 3 types of pizzas: the classic Margherita, with tomato and mozzarella cooked in the oven; the fried Montanara, topped with a fresh tomato sauce, Evo oil, basil, and Parmigiano Reggiano cheese; the Neapolitan Calzone or Ripieno, a fried pizza stuffed with ricotta and mozzarella. Fresh ricotta and Neapolitan mozzarella, cherry tomatoes, and basil will delight your palate. White or red wine will accompany our courses. Pizza with chocolate and homemade limoncello to complete the experience with a sweet tooth: We are waiting for you!
