Learn with my help to prepare a Neapolitan pizza. Together with me, I'll show you how to create a simple yet tasty dough, and how to roll out, top, and bake your pizza in my wood-fired oven. All of this will take place in the tranquility of my garden, with the wonderful view of Sorrento, home to fragrant lemons and delicious mozzarella. In the summer, you can find seasonal fruits and vegetables in my garden, and enjoy the panoramic view from my terrace overlooking Sorrento and admire the majestic beauty of Mount Vesuvius. It will be a pleasure to host you, allowing you to savor our tradition and demonstrating the passion with which we create our dishes!

Today, we had one of the most amazing cooking classes ever! From the moment they picked us up from our accommodation to the time they dropped us off, everything was perfect. Our hosts were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel like part of their family in their beautiful home. We kicked off the experience with a delicious deep-fried Nutella ravioli, setting the tone for an incredible culinary journey. We then made and tried three different types of pasta, with the gnocchi being our absolute favorite—so soft and flavorful! To top it all off, we finished with the classic tiramisu, which was simply divine. The Prosecco and red wine complemented the meal perfectly. The entire experience was not just about cooking but about enjoying good food, great company, and learning from passionate hosts. This class was more than we could have asked for, and we’re excited to bring these recipes home to share with our friends and family. Highly recommend this to anyone visiting the area!

This was the best experience of our entire trip! We loved how joyful and fun Alessandra and Ruby were! Incredible hosts that made us feel welcome from beginning to end. They deserve more than 5+ stars. This was the best food we've had in all of Italy— it was SO GOOD, AND we got to take part in making it! We went with a group of four and loved the entire process. Alessandra had a beautiful home and had a willingness to share and go above and behind the delicacies of her garden — figs, grapes and lemons! WOW!
