Learn with my help to prepare a Neapolitan pizza. Together with me, I'll show you how to create a simple yet tasty dough, and how to roll out, top, and bake your pizza in my wood-fired oven. All of this will take place in the tranquility of my garden, with the wonderful view of Sorrento, home to fragrant lemons and delicious mozzarella. In the summer, you can find seasonal fruits and vegetables in my garden, and enjoy the panoramic view from my terrace overlooking Sorrento and admire the majestic beauty of Mount Vesuvius. It will be a pleasure to host you, allowing you to savor our tradition and demonstrating the passion with which we create our dishes!

We couldn’t have had a more authentic, genuine experience with Alessandra! From the moment we arrived she welcomed us into her home like family. The warm hospitality immediately made us feel comfortable a created a truly unique experience. The cooking class was both enjoyable and incredibly educational. We learned so much about the art of making fresh pasta from scratch, with clear guidance and plenty of hands-on practice. The tiramisu lesson was equally fantastic, and we picked up techniques and tips that we can’t wait to recreate at home. Alessandra took the time to make sure this was memorable for us, including lots of photos and videos. We highly recommend this experience to anyone looking for a one-of-a-kind pasta class in Sorrento, Italy!

Absolutely a MUST when visiting Sorrento! Alessandra is SO welcoming, and you feel as if you are part of her family. She is very patient, and explains step by step how to make the different dishes. Very hands on and attentive to each individual, even if you have never been in the kitchen or cooked ever, You will feel like a pro! When everything was finished( (spaghetti with fresh zucchini , ravioli stuffed with cheese, and gnocchi made with potato and cheese) ) and dinner was served the food was out of this world.!! All made by YOU! Words do not do justice to the freshness and savory tastes we experienced. All ingredients from her own garden as well. After dinner Lemoncello , also homemade by her family was out of this world, the BEST we had while in Italy. I would rate this experience 5 stars 100 x over and over again! Will definitely be back to experience another class of Alessandra's!! LOVED THIS EXPERIENCE!!
