I will wait for you in my house in the heart of Sorrento: here we will spend a few hours relaxing, and then we will taste together some typical dishes of the Sorrento tradition: we will start with a mixed appetizer, composed of different local specialties, such as "fior di latte" or "treccia di Sorrento", "fuscella" cow's cheese and a tasting of our "provolone del monaco", DOC Italian excellence. I will teach you how to prepare some of our traditional recipes: such as "cannelloni alla Sorrentina" topped with the excellent sauce made with tomato puree from our gardens. Finally, we will conclude with lemon tiramisu, prepared according to the old family tradition and with a taste of limoncello.
