Back in 1979, a renowned Sorrento chef experimented, trial after trial, to create "scialatiello"-a fresh, rustic pasta designed to capture every flavor of the sauces. During this culinary experience, I will share with you the secrets of this special pasta so that you can experience the magic at home as well. Next, we will dive into preparing the pasta for ravioli alla caprese, and most importantly, I will teach you how to create the fragrant filling that will make them irresistible. We will conclude with an Italian classic: the fluffy tiramisu.

What a truly unique and special experience to cook pasta and tiramisu with this exceptional woman and her assistant (I'm so sorry I forgot her name) both were incredibly inviting, and warm. We felt as though we were visiting family. The class was educational and fun and the food was outstanding. If you're in Sorrento look her up! Thanks again Laura!
