Homemade pasta in Sorrento is an experience that encapsulates the taste of quiet family Sundays and traditions passed down through the ages.
Back in 1979, a renowned Sorrento chef experimented, trial after trial, to create "scialatiello"-a fresh, rustic pasta designed to capture every flavor of the sauces. During this culinary experience, I will share with you the secrets of this special pasta so that you can experience the magic at home as well. Next, we will dive into preparing the pasta for ravioli alla caprese, and most importantly, I will teach you how to create the fragrant filling that will make them irresistible. We will conclude with an Italian classic: the fluffy tiramisu.

- Laura and her daughter, Francesca, were excellent hosts. Very lovely and welcoming. We were welcomed with wine and a large platter of appetisers which were delicious. We started the course by making tiramisu before making the dough for the pasta. The dough was very simple which is great as we can replicate it at home. We made gnocchi and ravioli with 2 types of tomato sauce. Laura put her own spin on the dishes
