The cooking class will take place at my villa in Ercolano, a unique setting where history and tradition come together to offer you an unforgettable culinary experience.

I will guide you step by step through the preparation of authentic Neapolitan dishes, starting with the art of making fresh pasta. You will learn how to prepare two different sauces to dress the pasta and, finally, a second course featuring either meat or fish, all complemented by the joy of a good glass of wine. If the weather permits, we will share the meal together in the charming eighteenth-century courtyard of the villa, enjoying a convivial moment full of flavor and tradition. The dishes offered may vary slightly depending on the season and the availability of fresh ingredients. I look forward to welcoming you!

In una location affascinante e suggestiva, siamo stati accolti con il calore e la semplicità tipiche di una mamma che accoglie in cucina i propri familiari. Siamo tornati a casa contenti di aver conosciuto storie di vita e segreti di cucina che non immaginavamo! E infine, degustando il liquore preparato in casa dalla nostra "maestra", eravamo anche sazi delle pietanze preparate insieme e innaffiate da un buon vino!
