Welcome to our home on the picturesque Amalfi Coast, where history and beauty come together, creating one of Italy's most delicious culinary traditions. Join us for an unforgettable culinary experience. During our cooking class, we will begin with a welcome appetizer, prepared with fresh produce from our garden, artisanal cheeses and homemade bread. The main part of the class will be dedicated to the preparation of fresh pasta. We will guide you in creating a filled pasta (ravioli, tortelloni or candy), varying according to the season, and we will also make a long pasta, such as mafalde. To end on a sweet note, you will learn how to make the original delicious tiramisu recipe. We look forward to having you in our family!

They were charming and patient, their home is in a lovely setting in Priaino and we came away with a better understanding of the practice required to make authentic pasta. The setting, lessons, meal and wine--capped off with their delicious, homemade citrus liquor (so much better than limoncello)--made this a memorable experience. Grazie mille, Rocco e Carla!

Here we are welcomed by Carla and Rocco who since childhood, have experienced the world of cooking first-hand, through studying traditions and spending evenings sitting around the dinner table. For them, cooking is not just passion, it’s a lifestyle. Their experiences in the restaurant world, have given life to their project: to combine gastronomic passion, traditions and genuine food cooked with the produce that they have grown or even fished themselves.
