Welcome to our family, where you will discover secrets about the traditions of Italian and local cuisine. We will start with an appetizer prepared with the best seasonal ingredients from our garden, to guarantee you the freshest and most authentic flavors. Next, you will have a choice between preparing Ndunderi or Scialatielli, both types of pasta born on the Amalfi Coast. You will be guided step by step to create these delicious and traditional dishes.
Finally, we will end on a sweet note with the preparation of Zuppa Inglese, Mom Annamaria's recipe, a dessert loved by all of us in the family.

- We had a fabulous morning learning about making Pasta making and making traditional local deserts. We were with Rocco and Carla in their home and they made the experience perfect.We were in a small group of 6 and it was perfect. We were shown and taught some great tips and we are going to try this back home in England. Thank you again and it was great. Definitely recommend this to anyone.

- This cooking class was absolutely the highlight of our honeymoon. Rocco and Carla have such a beautiful space and family and were so welcoming. Not only was the food amazing, but we ended up chatting much longer than expected. Im sure we learned more in this one night about true Almalfi coast culture than our week stay in Positano. - This class was the highlight of our trip to Positano! Rocco was SO accommodating, even coming to meet us when we were having trouble finding the location. Carla’s instruction through the recipes was very easy to understand and everything was SO fresh-veggies from their garden and eggs from their hens. The intimate atmosphere and location really made us feel like ‘family’.😁

Their experiences in the restaurant world, have given life to their project: to combine gastronomic passion, traditions and genuine food cooked with the produce that they have grown or even fished themselves.
