Welcome to our family, where you will discover secrets about the traditions of Italian and local cuisine. We will start with an appetizer prepared with the best seasonal ingredients from our garden, to guarantee you the freshest and most authentic flavors. Next, you will have a choice between preparing Ndunderi or Scialatielli, both types of pasta born on the Amalfi Coast. You will be guided step by step to create these delicious and traditional dishes.
Finally, we will end on a sweet note with the preparation of Zuppa Inglese, Mom Annamaria's recipe, a dessert loved by all of us in the family.

- Such a wonderful experience! Rocco and Carla were such wonderful hosts. They made us feel right at home. We learned so much, and the food was absolutely phenomenal! This was a once-in-a-lifetime experience that I can't recommend enough.
- My family had an amazing time getting to know Rocco and Carla. The views from the cooking class were beautiful and Rocco and Carla shared with us some of their family history and history of the area as we were cooking. We even made a family recipe for dessert that was a shift from the original plans and we were delighted. It was our first time making pasta and it won’t be the last. We learned so much and this was truly a highlight of our trip!

Here we are welcomed by Carla and Rocco who since childhood, have experienced the world of cooking first-hand, through studying traditions and spending evenings sitting around the dinner table. For them, cooking is not just passion, it’s a lifestyle. Their experiences in the restaurant world, have given life to their project: to combine gastronomic passion, traditions and genuine food cooked with the produce that they have grown or even fished themselves.
