We want you to immerse yourself in our daily life!
We have a small farm in Agerola, with a panoramic terrace overlooking the beautiful Amalfi Coast, where we raise cattle and pigs. A 10-minute walk away, we have a mini dairy where we process milk and other products from our farm, and a kitchen where we prepare platters, sandwiches, and appetizers, all strictly locally sourced. Authenticity is our number one rule! You will be welcomed into our dining room and introduced to our excellent dairy products, then you will be ready to get to work: we will magically bring mozzarella to life with your own hands! After work comes pleasure, as always... you will taste your creations and everything else, all accompanied by an excellent glass of wine or beer! We look forward to seeing you!

Cesarina from 2024Location: Agerola (NA) Languages: Italian and EnglishWe are a small dairy located in Agerola on the Lattari Mountains, a terrace overlooking the Amalfi Coast, and in close proximity to the famous Path of the Gods. Our concept was to establish a local dairy using only self-produced milk from our herd of Pezzate Rosse cows. You can participate in real-time production workshops of our typical products, such as the famous Fior di Latte or Caciocavallo, experiencing the cheese-making process firsthand! In our warm and welcoming environment, you can then savor our/your typical cheeses and cured meats at the table, presented on cutting boards, and enjoy appetizers with unique flavor combinations, all accompanied by excellent wines and local Campanian beers. We look forward to welcoming you!
